Features

Built around the real problem

Guided, step-by-step experience

Customers see one question at a time. No wall of fields. Irrelevant questions are skipped automatically based on their answers.

Zero data stored

The PDF is generated entirely in the customer's browser. Nothing is saved on our servers. Full privacy by design.

Works on any device

Phone, tablet, or laptop. No app download needed. Just a link.

Instant PDF output

Answers are placed precisely on the original bank form layout. No reformatting, no rejected forms.

Completion notifications

You get a ping when your customer finishes — without seeing their data.

Community-driven form library

Account officers vote on which forms to add next. New banks and form types are added regularly based on real demand.

Early adopters

Officers using FormPilot

From the desks of beta-testing account officers across Lagos.

"I send 30+ reference forms a month. Customers used to scribble on the printed PDF and I'd reject half. With FormPilot the PDF comes back clean — first time."
Chioma N. Account Officer · GTBank Lagos
"The link goes on WhatsApp, the customer fills it on their phone, I get a notification when they're done. Used to be a 4-day back-and-forth — now 20 minutes."

FAQ

Questions officers ask first

Is my customer's data really not stored anywhere?

Correct. The PDF is generated entirely inside the customer's browser using client-side JavaScript. No BVN, no ID number, no address, no field value reaches our servers. We only know that a link was opened and completed — never what was typed into it.

Does the customer need to download an app?

No. They open the link in any web browser — Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone, anything. The form runs in the browser; the PDF downloads to their device when they finish.

What if the customer doesn't finish in one sitting?

Their progress auto-saves on their device as they go. They can close the tab and come back later via the same link to continue where they left off.

What if the customer doesn't have email?

You can send the link via WhatsApp directly from your dashboard with one click — most Nigerian customers prefer that anyway.

Which banks and forms are supported today?

GTBank's Banker's Reference Form (Individual + Corporate) and Sole Proprietorship / Partnership account-opening form are live. Corporate, Trustees, Societies and KYC are next on the roadmap. Other banks (Access, Zenith, First, UBA) are added based on community demand.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term — cancel any time from your dashboard, no questions asked.
